あらすじ
北楓高校で、生徒が次々と自殺してしまう事件が起こる。
“みんな仲がいいクラス”で、中心人物ばかりが亡くなっていく中、垣内友弘は幼馴染の白瀬美月から、みんなは自殺ではなく一人の女子高生に殺されたのだと言われる。
《受取人》としてある能力を手に入れた彼は、証明不能な事件を暴いていく。
そして、衝撃すぎるラストとどんでん返しに、震えが止まらない。
誰もが思ったことがあるはずの感情によって起きてしまった事件。
大人にとってその感情は懐かしく思え、中高生にはグッと胸を突かれるような青春ミステリ。

感想（ネタバレなし）
高校でのスクールカーストをテーマとしたミステリ。
非現実的な能力を持ちながらも、事件の動機が現実的で、現代の教室がリアルに描写された作品でした。
臨場感があって、どんどんストーリーに引き込まれます。
怖く感じてしまう部分もありましたが、それを通り越して面白かったです。
段々と明らかになる結末に、ページを捲る手が止まりません！
ただのミステリー小説ではなく、社会に訴えかけるものがありました。
ラストは感動ものです。
タイトルにもそれが現れていて、グッときます。
“みんな仲がいいクラス”でどうして事件は起こってしまったのか。
生徒の隠された本音は、フィクションではないだろうなと思います。
純粋にストーリーも楽しめるので、すらすら読めました！

結末
以下、ネタバレを含みます。
犯人は垣内や白瀬と同じクラスの壇優里という人物でした。
静かで凛とした雰囲気の彼女がどうしてこんな事件を起こしたのか。
それは親友 小早川燈花の自殺が理由でした。
《受取人》として手に入れた「幻影を見せる能力」によって、緻密な計画でクラスの中心人物、つまりクラスを支配していた生徒たちを自殺させます。
垣内が真相を明らかにしたことによって、彼女は更生していきます。
しかし、一番衝撃だったのは壇優里と垣内友弘は同じことを思っていたということです。
半強制的なレクで“最高のクラス”を作り上げる嘘だらけのクラスなんて大嫌い。その中心人物みんな、死んでくれてありがとう。
ただ人を殺さなかっただけで、垣内も壇優里と同じ心情だったのです。
“一人になりたい”という感情が露わになっていく状況がリアルで、ゾゾっとしました。
感想（ネタバレあり）
スクールカーストは、上の人が悪だと考えがちです。
でも下と感じる人が意見を伝えられなくて、何も言わず俯いて、自分は下だと思い込んでいることによってできていくものなのかもしれないと、八重樫の言葉を読んで思いました。
そして、壇優里の“今我慢することに徹しても、これは一生続いていくんだと思う”という言葉には、大きく納得しました。
ずっと我慢していても時間が過ぎていくけど、この我慢は卒業しても変わらず、一生続くものなんだと考えさせられます。
同じ教室で過ごす生徒たちの衝突がリアルで、共感してしまう部分も多々あり、学生の胸に響く作品だと思います。
また、大人でも当時の感情が思い返され、懐かしくも苦しくなる展開だと思います。
青春ミステリとしてストーリーを楽しみながら、現代社会への訴えも同時に考えされられ、充実度の高い作品でした。

最後に
文庫本ですが、すごく濃いストーリーで印象強かったです。
スラスラ読めて複雑な箇所も少ないので、ミステリー初心者の方にもおすすめです！
