あらすじ
高一の直達は、入学を機に叔父 茂道の家に住むことになった。
しかし行ってみると、OLの榊、占い師の颯、妹の楓、そして学者の成瀬と同居することになっていた。
榊に心惹かれる直達だったが、榊は「恋愛はしない」と決めていて…。
その理由と、偶然重なった過去の出来事が明らかになるとき、家族を大切にしたいと思えるストーリーです。
笑いあり、涙ありの物語はラスト、雨上がりのような展開に！

直達は叔父宅に住むことになり、雨のところ榊に声をかけられる

ポトラッチ丼
榊が母と衝突したとき、投げやりに作った牛丼。
具材を乱雑に切り刻み、乱暴に炒めた料理が美味しすぎると大人気！
初めて食べた直達も感動していました。
生卵入りカレー
榊の出身地では人気の組み合わせだそう。
作中では、カレーライスに生卵を乗せるだけのこの料理が美味しい、と話題になっていました。
簡単ですぐに試せますし、おもしろいですね。
鬼盛りポテトサラダ
榊が不機嫌になり、イライラしてむき続けたじゃがいもの皮。
残ったじゃがいもを使って作ったのが、このポテトサラダ。
特別な材料が使われているわけではないですが、同居人に引かれまくった料理でした。

ネタバレなし
表紙とタイトルに惹かれて読んでみました。
漫画原作のこともあり、コミカルなシーンが多かったのが印象的。
所々におもしろいシーンがあったし、小説版は薄くて読みやすかったです。
直達が10歳上の榊に恋をする物語。
同居する仲間の優しさに家族らしさを感じ、ラストには感動しました。
榊が作る、ポトラッチ丼・生卵カレー・メガ盛りのポテトサラダはめちゃくちゃ美味しそうで…！
また榊が時々使う方言に、直達がツッコむシーンも見どころです。
文章だけでカラフルな日常が伝わってきて、雨が好きになるようなストーリーでした。

漫画原作でコミカルなシーンが多く、最後までおもしろく読めました。
直達の父と榊の母が不倫していて、その子供同士が出会う展開になるのには驚き！！
